Sports Hernia Surgery 3 Months Out

Those of you who have had one, can you comment on how things felt for you about 3 months post surgery? I feel good (did an open incision surgery) but still feel like I have a pulled groin. However, I do not feel the pain/pushing in the lower abdomen anymore.
