Would it matter if I put a jr. Synthesis blade into an intermediate Synergy 2 shaft?

I know it will fit, but what i mean is, will the performance be affected at all?

You will have a shorter blade. I don't think anything else would be affected.

Actually, the blade is still longer than Iginla and Heatley (It is an Yzerman jr. curve). And it is exactly as long as a Sakic, which is perfect.

Sakic is 2, Yzerman jr. is 3, Iginla is 8, Heatley is 11.

Yeah, then you should be fine. A senior blade in a junior worked well for me so a junior in an intermediate sounds like it would work fine.
