I've got a very similar foot profile as you and I'm using Tours with superfeet footbeds in them. They fit and feel great, no arch pain or anything for me.

mission skates do seem to fit narrower than tours from my experience. I have the same type of boney ankles and I had to have my new mission boss skates punched on the inner part, may need to have them punched a little more. All the new tours seem to fit wider than missions imho. Also CCMs are great for large arches I agree with that.
