need advice on a new stick

ok im looking to get a new stick and i am looking at some sherwood sticks just wondering if anyone has some input on how good they are or if you have used it yourself? and also what would be the benifit to going with a one piece over a shaft? or visa versa.

I prefer shafts because you have more choices for the blade (i.e. wood/composite, and all companies' patterns).

Sherwood makes good sticks, but so does everyone else. pick the stick that feels best for you, and don't get caught up choosing the stick for the brand.
