Pre-game meal replacement

because my rink is in a mall and next to the mcdonalds i always find myself tempted to get a big mac but must resist till after :P

but if i realy need it i must

a can of red bull whilst getting changed allway works good for me :D

I'm usually pretty paranoid about eating before a game. I try to eat 3-4 hours before I'm off the ice, but if I have an early game I'll eat a bar or two and eat after. I'd rather be hungry than full, nothing sucks like skating with a full stomach.
