Custom Warrior Franchise Gloves

Im from the Uk but i'm looking to get a pair of Franchise through the customiser on the website. I know they only ship to US and Canada but i have a friend who i will be able to get them shipped to in the US.

A few Questions:

1.After going through with the details on the customiser, do they have to ring to confirm everything or is it taken as straight off the internet form?

2. How long does it usually take for them to make the gloves/ get them to your US address?

3. Is shipping(to the US) included in the final price, or is it added on top of the glove price?

4. I noticed that for the Franchise glove, there is a 13" Narrow and 13" standard. The narrow is cheaper, i was wondering what the main difference was. I like tight fitting gloves (hence why i wear a 13").

5. How does the sizing compare to Easton sizing, i wear a 13" Stealth S11 at the moment.

6. I assume payment is via Credit Card/ Visa?

The regular would be there old MB-22 glove (wider) while the narrow would be the MB-11 which would be narrower.

When i ordered my franchise's i was told that they were MB-33 gloves.
