Best bet is to pop a hipper along the boards. Less room for someone to side-step and get called for a trip; unfortunately, even a good, clean hip check takes the checker out of any possible play unless he gets away cleanly as well. I'd certainly like to see more, though. Great for keeping/shifting momentum.
