Here's a tip for everyone also... the Red-Star E-Frame is sold out of anything but a small at monkey and there are no larges at 1800faceoff but hockeygiant has a "Sherwood" E-Frame that is identical to the Red-Star at $39 instead of $49. I bought one myself a couple days ago so. It's a great deal.

I just got myself a helluva deal (I think) on 1800 Faceoff....

I ordered the 03' CCM 652 Tacks and a set of Red Star E-Frame Chassis (Mediums) for 149.99 and 49.99 respectively. Also added a pair of bearings just for $hits and grins....Just need to get some 'Rats put on there and I'm set.

I've been skating on CCM 1152 Tacks w/Tour Redlines for the last few years. I bought this setup as a backup pair since my 1152s' composite outsoles are starting to crack something fierce and could go at any time. Any comparisons out there between Tour Redline frames and Red Star E-frames?
