bauer 8000 shoulder pads

I'm gonna buy the 8000 defenders and I tryed them on but the bicep pad is too short and on Greatskate they say it's adjustable. So how do you adjust it?

You pull off the velcro under the shoulder, pull down the bicep pad and stick the velcro back on.

There's no way that the bicep pads will be too short for you. There is a high degree of adjustability.

When I go and buy them I'll change it. When I tried them today I didn't know how to change it.
