ashtonhutch05 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2008 Okay I know both have ben discussed before, and I've read most of the topics discussing these. But some of my questions haven't been answered completely so I'll just give this a shot.MSH2 is apparently a great material, I haven't heard one bad thign about it yet. On the other hand, Mustang looks very nice, but I can't find hardly anything on it. Just "well I think it's really soft but thin". If anyone has this palm, how is the durability, and does it stay in good shape, i.e. no crustiness, etc. Are they thinner than MSH2, softer, less/more durable? I've been hunting for new gloves and I'm having a hard time finding what I want. With the type of glove it's either down to Eagle or MIA/Warrior...but now I'm on the fence about the palms. Thanks in advance for any help, or pointing me in the right direction in case I missed something.
G.M. 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2008 MSH2 is thinner than Mustang (.06 vs .10). Mustang is very durable. The drying out of palms (crustiness) all depends on how you take care of your stuff. As far as Eagle vs. Warrior, I don't believe what Eagle is using is actually Mustang. I think it is Nubuck. Mustang doesn't "stain" your hands.Me, I'd go with MSH2. It has very nice feel.
wonderenzo 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2008 Have gloves with both palms. I have to say that both are great, with durability and feel both being stellar. THe MSH- glove is pretty much spotless after 2 months of use and about 6 days a week on ice. The mustang has been through 5 months of similar treatment. Mustang got blacked up a bit but no holes or any sign of one. Always dryed them out so never got crusty or hard. Cant go wrong with either.
