What is the procedure on ordering custom skates? In particular Bauer Supreme lines as they seem to be generally thought of as the all around best/durable, etc.

How is it done, and what can I expect to pay? Thanks in advance!

Yes I did, but the threads only talked about how the custom orders turned out, or which skates to custom order, or if you can get this feature or that.

I am looking for HOW to custom order. Is it a website? Is there a phone number?

And how does the process work? How do I get fitted or measured? And what is the pricetag for custom Bauers?
