starskie 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2008 i didnt feel anything until i got home. then i ate a sandwhich drank some gatorade and then i all of a sudden got really light headed.But damn a month? thats a long time lolYou are allowed to donate whole blood every 56 days or so.I thought it was 3 months, could be wrong. Anyway I donated blood a few times, its nice to know you can give/help someone out with such a small gesture.
