Sorry, no knowledge of the rocker chassis....hopefully someone else can help. I think you're going the right direction, though looking more for something to suit the surface as apposed to the chassis.

im not looking for something to match a chasis... they r the chasis's ive got and im looking for a good wheel setup as in which wheels are good on painted concrete not for sport court aswel

My goal was not to show you the comparison of the different surfaces, but for you to see what others are using on concrete. In the thread, most say they are using wheels around 76A for concrete. :)

which would b better for concrete.... hyper unity 76a(blue ones) or formula G (76a)... if you hav any other wheels that would b good on concrete let me know

Although I have not given these wheels a shot I just recently got a pair of Factory Shadows. The Factorys have been well reviewed and the company seems to be amazing for customer service. I can't wait to give mine a go. They are hard surface/outdoor wheels.
