Easton ST Replacement Blade

I'm sure it's been discussed before but nothing came up on my search.

Has anyone had experience with the yellow Easton ST replacement blade with the short hosel? Does the lower kickpoint truly add a "faster, harder puck release" as Easton claims?

All things being equal, a lower kickpoint would help for a faster shot release. Not necessarily a harder shot though.

Thing is to not ignore your personal preference. See if you can try a teammate's stick if they have a low kickpoint stick.
