hockeyluke88 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2004 So yes...at football practice we run a lot (as most highschool football teams would) and overtime, my heel has been hurting pretty bad. At first when we start out it hurts pretty bad, but after awhile it feels somewhat better. But then again, when we're standing around for a little bit, it hurts again. I tried to help this discomfort by putting some padded athletic insoles in, but they don't seem to be doing anything. Anybody have any other ideas what I should do? Thanks. Dangles 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2004 A couple of my friends had heal problems and they tried those things you put in your shoes from Dr. Shools (sp.?) and I can't think of the name right now but the ad on TV was like "you gellin'? ya I'm gellin' how bout you?" and it goes on and on. So I suggest you give those a try.
