Just got myself a new C/A

Just got myself a new Don Simmons Matrix 3 Chest and Arms Protector and I must say that out of the box the unit is quite nice and feels quite solid and protective. I will play my first game in it on Friday. In a few weeks I'll give a complete review of the unit after I've used it for a few games. Customer Service at Don Simmons was stellar, shipping extremely fast and they even did some mods to the C/A for a nominal fee... Until then...

How much was it? Im looking into getting a new C/A. I don't want to spend as much money but I still want the same protection as the other top end stuff.

Price was 250$ plus shipping, mods and taxes for a total of 303$ CDN. I will take pictures with and without the jersey. Will try and post that up tomorrow

looking sharp! I just ordered a 994 C/A from them. I was going to buy the matrix 3 as well but I wasn't really sure. You cant really beat the price huh? by the looks of it its VERY protective and I almost wish I just went with the M3. I guess I'll have to wait and see how the 994 fits!
