RBK 4K helmet

Has someone tried both the 4 & the 8K helmet? I know that the foam differs (EPP vs Dual density VN pro pattern liner) and no subshell. Is there any other differences? I was thinking like fitwise, mainly.

4K fits much wider, if you wear a L 8k you'll need a M 4k

Is it really that much of a difference in width? I'm a large in JOFA RBK and CCM and you tell me I could squeeze my big fat melon into a Medium?

I'm a L 8000, L Intake, L V10, and the M 4k fits me best lol

Possibly not -- I wear a Large Jofa 690, adjusted to about the largest setting - and I would need a Large in the 8k and 4k. Just the 8k I have to adjust as large as it goes (and I still find it a little bit snug), and in the 4k, I have a little bit of room.

Kind of both, because I have a rather sizeable melon (7 7/8 cap size), but the width is what I noticed most, because that tends to be what makes it hard for me to find helmets that fit. It's been a little while since I've tried on an 8k, but the 4k does seem to have a little bit more room both ways, though.
