Fit of Mission Syndicate series compared to Mission Rt

kind of a long shot, but i've got a pair of old mission RTs that fit great but are starting to break down a little bit, and seeing the amazing deals on Lieutenants online right now Im really tempted to pick up a pair.

So Im hoping someone will say they fit exactly the same :P but any insight is much appreciated

i am hoping the same thing. i have rtx's in 11.5 and just ordered lieutenants in the same size. i called and asked someone at epuck. they said they fit the same. they come this week so I hope the person was right.

Justin has confirmed before that lengthwise the skates are pretty much the same for the last several years, however the last couple years have been wider through the fore and midfoot areas allowing people with wider feet to go down a half to full size since they fit more correctly.

I had size 9 RMX skates that felt quite narrow and painful, and the Bosses I have had for the last year in 8.5 are a really good fit with the wider cut in the forefoot.

so, i just got my lieutenants today. and man are they stiff. I am coming from the rtx's which were not very stiff so I think I just need to adjust. I have never baked a skate before, but I think these need it. My ankles are in a lot of pain, but I think baking should resolve this. Am I right or should I be concerned?

Im just wearing them around the house while sitting down to break them in a bit since my other skates are still fine. First few times my ankles were in a ton of pain and I couldnt believe how stiff they were. Now my left foot fits absolutely perfect and my right foot is still kinda weird in the ankle. I wonder if I have different shaped ankles from one foot to the other

after baking they feel great. the only thing is they are now too big on me. i am sending them back and i got a size smaller (they are coming on Tuesday) i hope these fit better.

yeah... i didnt know that either, but i called and asked. they said it was no problem. i wound up getting 10.5's and they fit so much better.

What is your street shoe size in US? 11.5?

it depends... in a nike im 11.5, north face 11, under armour 11.5, dress shoes like timberland and ecco are 10.5 does this help??
