Removing name?

Does anybody know if you can do this? Im thinking about picking up a set of V3's but they have a name on them and would want that off...

If it's embroidered, you could always cut the threads...

And thats what i thought, 800 for a whole set... thats been used for 3-7 months?

You can use a seam ripper [ see here ] to cut the threads used to embroider the name and then a pair of tweezers to pull the threads out. Might be a bit tedious but a good job can be done, if you take your time.

you could you a seam ripper to remove the name; you might end up fraying the material.

another idea would be to sew a piece of similar material over top of the name.
