Question about Pro Stock S17's

So i got the chance to look over and feel the S17s that belong to Daniel Alfredsson and Danny Heatley, and I noticed both their S17's don't have the special elliptical profile where it's suppose to be, just the regular rectangular profile. Now I'm wondering if they're a special type of S17? or are they just Syngergy's or old Stealths painted as S17?

Most likely a old stealth or some other stick because all REAL s17s have the ellipse

yeah i just found a thread about it after continuing what i thought to be, an endless search for the answer :S sorry for the waist in thread, you can lock it up.

And if anyone is curious to know, Alfie's is a painted Synergy SE, and Heatley's is a painted old stealth.
