Easton SE 16 Blade

Anyone know if the SE16 blade is different than last year's (2008) SE blade? Does last year's model have the weight in it for counter balance? It seems that the OPS SE16 is out but no shops are carrying the '09 SE16 blade. I'm wondering if the replacement blade will be the same as last year's SE.
