U+ heel lock

These skates are the first that I've ever tried on the actually had enough depth. The middle of my laces don't bulge out with them.

But one thing is that they don't seem to have much heel lock, Do they tighten up after baking them?

I didn't find anything after searching and reading all the threads

Most shops will let you bake the skates before you purchase them, as a part of the whole fitting procedure. I would check with wherever you are looking at them and see if they will do that for you.
