Hi, does anyone have any online link on how to open double shielded bearings?

They may be sealed. Are the shields crimped in place?

I'f they're servicable,

Are they rubber shielded, or metal shields secured by C clips? you can carefully pry rubber shields off with an exacto or paperclip. The C clips can be removed with practice with an exacto.
