Dman33 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2009 no I didnt play for Aurora that year, I played in huntsville and newmarket. Funny thing about aurora was I was talking to there coach for a while,a nd even got invited to go to russia with them for their training camp, until they found out i was 20, and since they had a bunc of oa's from the O, it made me the last man out haha, oh wellAs for the permission to skate, if your an american i dont think you have to worry about it. If can remember correctly, that is only for canadian players that are trying to switch organizations, or for midget players making the jump to juniors, or something to that effect.... Hockeyman9621 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 I played in the league this year, and your best bet would be to contact the GM/coach and request to go straight to main camp. Those would be held around late August/September obviously, giving you lots of time to whip yourself into shape. I don't know what skill level you are, so I can't help you as to what team you should go to. Hamilton is always competitive and are losing a few forwards this year. As for your age, your best bet is to make a good first impression.
