Help with elbow pads

What is the difference between the RBK 4k, 5k, and 6k elbow pads? And what would you recommend?

I can't say much for the 4k and 6k, but I just picked up a pair of the 5k and they feel pretty comfortable to me and allow for a good range of motion. The straps don't seem too bad. I believe some people have said the center strap is a bit annoying and I could see how it might cut into the inside of your elbow, but so it doesn't seem too bad to me.
