New pants/gloves

I am looking in to getting a pair of Vector 06 LE pants from hockeymonkey, I was wondering how these pants would compare to the 6K pants, mostly in terms of protection but comfort is also a big deal. I was also looking at a couple of pairs of gloves from Hockeymonkey... I have narrowed it down to 3... the RBK prostock NYR gloves, CCM prostock vector 10.0 MTL gloves, or the CCM classic Tacks gloves. I was wondering how these gloves all stack up? Any help would be greatly appreicated.
