Bauer One95 Gloves

Recommended Posts

I have a pair of the gloves 15" black, I have been using custom warrior franchises before, so in the beginning they felt weird, stiff with the thumb being stiff flex and the palm material not being that of leather compared to the warriors, however after using them for a few skates, relatively broken in slightly, the are pretty mobile. Worth checking out, some may say it looks weird but I think its different and looks great.

The looks don't bother me but the side pad on the index finger getting in the way of the thumb when closing my hand bothered me so I put them back on the shelf and ended up with a pair of Vapor XXXX Pros instead, but that's just how I felt.

The nike bauer vapor xxxx pro gloves are nice, limited availability of them in my area, but hey for each their own, i guess... T1fan, at least you gave us some actual basis behind your remarks unlike others "unmentioned".

Tried a 13" One95 today and since it was smaller the thumb/finger interaction wasn't noticeable to me, although the finger length of the 14" is a better fit for me. Overall felt similar to my previous gloves the One90s except more snug in the hand with a wider cuff. Probably would feel decent once broken in after a few uses.

I'm still shopping around for a glove and considering the One95 since I don't really like the 4-Roll or really any other glove on the market now. I couldn't find any black XXXX Pros locally so I had placed an order online and received the wrong color in the wrong gloves(regular XXXXs) and cannot find all blacks anywhere so I don't know what to do because now I'm gloveless. So either I can buy a glove I don't initially like right now and probably be disappointed because it's not the glove I want and wait till I can find a pair of XXXX Pros and sell whatever I end up with, or buy whatever until the next Vapor series of gloves comes out I presume next spring.
