pad problems please help

hi guys im a butterfly style goalie and 4 months ago i changed my padded from vaughn to tps exceed 2 pro's and although they are the most comfy pads i have ever had im having problems sliding across the ice they are sticking to the ice and stopping me from moving does any one know if the is anything i can put on them or polish them wiith to help them slide better.

Stick/sex wax? I'm not sure if that will be harmfull to the pad though.
