Does anyone know or has anyone ever purchased factory seconds direct from the manufacturer?

Just FYI, I purchased some factory 2nd 9K's from thehockeyshopy.com, and while they were a good value, the holders were aligned differently on each skate. Had one of the skates re-drilled and the holder moved.

All the other flaws were very minor, the holder issue was not addressed on the card attached to the skates.

I just bought white 7k's from the hockeyshop and the only blemish was a small indentation on the outside of the side arch area. It's on the CCM tag that came with the skates. The weird thing is that they seem to have come sharpened.

it says in the skate page that all skates come sharpened prior to shipping ;)
