anyone whos used montreal knows that they come at an extra long length. i was wondering if anyone here bought the 90 flex OP and cut it down to about the area where the first M logo appears on the topside of the shaft. how was the flex after the cut. above 100 below 100? for an example i cut down my 100 flex shaft to that area and now expect it to be about a 110..if this makes sense let me know

I bought a 70 flex montreal shaft not too long ago and I wonder if the flex is acheived after the cutting much like an eastons. I cut mine down 3 inches and it still flexes an insane amount. before i cut it the thing was a wet noodle.
