oldtimer72 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2009 These Tabu skates are probably first pair I would be interested in purchasing but how do the sizes compare to other skates as they dont carry any 1/2 sizes below 7.5 , I ask b/c in my area they dont carry Tour skates so dont hve the benefit of trying them on first. I've read in a thread, similar in length to bauer skates, all my nike bauer and rbk ice skates ar 6.5d and mission roller are 7.5d...would I go with size 7 or size 6 Tours? Chad Seibel 2 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 The Tour skates will fit like a "traditional hockey" fit, about a size to size and a half from your street shoe size. If you want a little more performance then go 1 1/2 sizes down, if you want a little more comfort then go 1 size down. I was wearing a size 10 boot, but then wanted a little more performance so i went down to a 9.5 and my shoe size is an 11 in street shoes.I hope this helps.
