New Helmet: Fit similar to V10 but more air flow?

Debating between a few new helmets. I currently use a CCM V10 size Medium in the largest (most open) setting. I really like the fit, but I sweat buckets in the thing. Extra sweat is bad for me since I wear glasses under my helmet.

I have been debating between the Mission Intake, RBK 6K and Nike/Bauer 8500. Looking for similar width to the V10 but with more airflow.

The Intake seems to have the best airflow, but I am afraid that it will be too narrow.

The 6K seems to fit wide (which I need), but not sure on the airflow...?

The 8500 seems to have a lot of adjustablity and decent vents... kinda of the good, but not the best of both features I want.

Shield compatability is not a big deal as I plan on ditching my current shield with either a Itech/Bauer Pro Wave or a Oakley Straight Small (for better airflow).

Yes, but I could not get used to the weight and the obstructed view. I have not used one in 14 years, so it was difficult to adjust too.

I know, I know... and the reason I wear glasses was due to taking a puck to the eye in a roller hockey session when I was 14! I can't learn my lesson.

It is just more comfortable and I play in a very non physical league now. I may change my mind later though (ie after spending a few grand on LASIK!).

Maybe try going down a model to the v08. i recently started noticing the amount of sweat pouring down my face when wearing an EPP helmet (s15). i bought an s9 (VN) and have so far loved it.

This may not work with your current helmet since you have it set to as large as possible, but I had a problem with sweat dripping onto my visor a lot. I just sweat a lot working out or playing hockey so more airflow wasn't going to fully solve the problem. I bought an UnderArmor skull cap after my brother had recommended one that he wore while playing college football. It works great at keeping the sweat off my face and visor.
