fifthlinegoon 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2009 I think the gum stuck to my chassis when I went to retrieve a lost puck in the grass as I skated around it started to melt all over the place and wound it self up around the axles on the outside of the bearings(BSB Swiss). Any recommendations on a cleaning product? WD40? I don't wan't to it get inside of the bearings. Thanks
cobaltQuesadilla 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2009 Try disassembling everything and put the stuff in the freezer for a bit. The gum will get brittle and peel or chip right off. I would still examine the bearings and clean them just incase. Hope this helps!

sdcopp 1 Report post Posted August 7, 2009 WD40 should actually help getting the gum off, just clean and lube the bearings afterwards and it's fine
