price differences

sorry if this seems like a dumb question

but in 2010 i will be traveling to canada to edmonton mostly, and this gives me the oppurtunity to buy some hockey gear

mainly reebok and warrior which arent really sold in my country.

I am wondering what is the difference in prices between say between inline warehouse and a hockey shop in edemonton, i know it varies

from store to store but just for a general idea.

thanks in advance

im gonna say it would be more expensive because everything in Canada usually is.

Now depending on where youre coming from, the exchange rate will most likely work in your favour, especially if youre coming from europe.

I live in Edmonton and the prices here really aren't that good. I think it's because the retailers know everyone here plays hockey and is crazy about it so we will have to buy the gear regardless of price. Our main retailers are united cycle (www.unitedcycle.com), cyclone taylor sports (www.cyclonetaylor.com), pro hockey life(www.prohockeylife.ca), and sport chek. check the websites which will give you an idea of pricing.

+1 on NOT coming to Edmonton if you're looking for deals, although as stated above, if you're from europe or australia and buiying lots :o ... maybe but then you gotta factor shipping it back which pretty much negates any savings I would think
