ChiefHockey13 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2010 I've had my X60s for about 5 months and I've noticed that on the toe of the skate the outsole has started to separate from the boot. I don't really think its affecting my skating, but it seems like its getting worse and when I'm walking around with them on I can feel the toe of my boot press down slightly into the outsole/holder. What would cause this to happen and should I do anything about it?

Or you can put some fast drying epoxy in there and clamp it solid to the cap till it sets. A toothpick works good for getting the epoxy all the way back into where the separation starts, and you may have to pull it apart some to get the stuff in deep.
