Crack Sound On Easton S12

I went to a free skate to mess around today and i noticed when getting off the ice and starting to walk on my right foot It sounded like a crack was in the boot but after the blades were off the ice for a while and the snow on the blades melted no more noise......Ice in the LPS 2 holes maybe? any ideas

Tighten the screws on the holder, sounds like the blade is rattling around a bit.

yah i had the same problem with my Cobra Holders...

tightened the blade and the rattling/cracking noise went away. i would usually hear when walking in my skates.
