NHL All-Time Mediocre team

me and a buddy have started thinking of the nhl's all time mediocre team, these include players who consistently put up mediocre or slightly brutal numbers year in and year out, names that come to mind are, Kyle Chipchura, Jason Allison, Jason Blake(mostly mediocre), Arturs Irbe, Glen Metropolit ... those are just a few examples

I want to see what everyone can come up with, we had some hilarious players on our list.

Irbe took the worst team in the league at the time and took them to game seven of the western conference semifinals against Toronto in 93! That is above mediocre in my book. He definitely was not amazing, but I would at least say good.
