If there are some drills you guys could give that would be greatly appreciated as well...I've heard about a lady that works out of Kettler but don't know a name. She works out of Kettler and Ashburn. Ben Kwon is a hockey instructor at Kettler (not directly affiliated with Cold Rush) and he is a former student and can teach her methodologies so that is another option (plus he can work with you on hockey skills).Would have continued skating with her but schedule wouldn't allow it.
