rear skate blade pitch

I just got my cobra blades radiused to a neutral pitch; I just coudn't get used to the forward pitch. I skated on them last night, and its much better. I still suck skating, but I can't blame the skates so much now. It got me to thinking though about what an even greater pitch change might be like - going to a rear oriented pitch. I haven't seen anyone recommending this. Everyone seems to like foreward or neutral. My question is, does anyone use a rear pitch?

wouldn't that throw you off balance since you'll be on your heels?
