this may be a stupid question...

are the insoles of the s17 meant to be removable? mine seem to be rather reluctant to come out and i dont really want to force the issue.

I took mine out and replaced them with superfeet insoles. They came out with no problem. I took them out when they were baked.

tweezers or small needle nose should do the trick

i suspect its the glues that were reheated during baking that are keeping them in place.

the back section with the heel lifts move fine, but not the front. like, not at all.
