New to roller, any rinks or teams in the ottawa region

Like you can all see I'm new to roller hockey, and i was wondering if any of you guys new if there were any roller hockey rinks in the Ottawa region? I want to meet some guys that have played for a wile and get some advice. Also it would be nice to start to play competitively. :D
