Professional Skate Fitting

Not sure if this should be in the "Looking for a shop" forum. If so, sorry, and please move it...

Does anybody know of a hockey shop in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area that offers professional skate fittings, say if I wanted custom boots? I, I guess like most people, have a hell of a time finding skates that fit. Only thing I could find last time around were Vapor XXX, 11.5 D, and my heel doesn't quite lock down in them.

The couple of shops we do have around here all seem to be run by kids, and while the shops aren't bad, I'd feel more comfortable getting fitted by somebody who's done it a number of times.

Not sure when I'd be in the market (well, I'd buy them tomorrow if the wife let me ;)), but it'd be good to know...
