Misaligned holder RBK 9k

Just received new pair of RBK 9k skates (2009) model. I noticed that the front of one of the holders is misaligned - the front end of the holder is rivited to the outer edge of the boot sole on one skate. The blades however appear to be straight. Do I have an issue here? Will this affect my skating? Reluctant to sharpen and use the skates before I look into this issue further.

Any insight from those in the know would be greatly appreciated
