Repairing Graf Airnet liner?

As the topic says - I have a pair of Graf Ultra G3's (airnet liner) which have a tear in the heel part of the right skate. I would rather not throw away a great pair of skates and spend another $500.00+ on a new set when I could hopefully pay 100-200 to have them repaired.

I am trying to get information on if anyone has / can repair them as well as experiences with Graf's warranty and repair center / turn around times.

I can snap some pictures of the tear if requested to assess damage.
