tipsy_39 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 it sucks cuz they cut out vancouver island ... obviously to save costs but im hopeing that it will come to victoria next year if the league is a sucess.also, the zones are kinda messed cuz one of the teams gets players from both the winter clubs and a couple of power house minor hockey associations i think. The Cariboo Canucks team here is having some finincial trouble, and the league wants them to fold due to the travel expenses it has. 6 hour drive is the closest other team in Kamloops. At first they were having some trouble winning but they are 6-8-2 now I believe so they are getting better.
