Snow Park Niagara

Hey, checking to see if anyone has been to Snow Park Niagara and skated on the full size synthetic rink. They had it for about a year and have now lifted it and it is being used as an in-line skating rink now. Trying to find out why they would have removed it. Did they have a problem with the skating surface and the way it was joined?

Never heard of the place but i have skated on synthetic ice. When it gets hot, the ice like bows up causing it to be very hard to skate/pass/do anything. It becomes a mess and then is not very fun or helpful. This may be why they removed the rink. Just a thought.
