blisters on heel

Recommended Posts

hey probably been spoken about before but I have reebok 9k's and since I got them I have had blister problems on the inside of my left heel only. I have never had blister problems before and different socks do not make a difference. so I was wondering if you have any solutions for me to try

Blisters are often produced by the foot having a tiny bit of freedom inside the boot, which causes friction while playing.

My recommendation to that cause would be to (since you have a moldable skate) heat the area of the skate that produces the blisters (try to avoid burning it and your feet inside) with the skates on, and push it with your hands or a cloth (it will be hot) to mold the boot perfectly around your foot. If freedom of movement is the cause, that should take care of it, or at least help reduce the production of blisters.
