The 735's are really that stiff? I had a pair and after 2-3 seasons, they were ridiculously soft. As in I could take one hand and start deforming the boot and I'm a relatively small guy. I moved to the One100's, and now these are some stiff skates...

Stiff in the ankle and heel yes. They are softer on the front of the foot. A typical week is 3-4 skatess. I'm about 85-87 kg so not overly heavy. Yes, you can "deform" the boot by squeezing where the eyelets are but the heel and ankle are pretty solid.
