I asked revision about these wheels on their facebook page, and their response was similar grip to the bronze wheel. their goal with this wheel was to make a wheel that performed like the bronze wheels but were designed to be more durable

Yes. Very good wheel for anyone over 200 lbs. If you're lighter than that, you probably wont be getting the grip you're looking for.
