Custom padded shirts

Does anyone know of any place/company that makes custom padded shirts? I'm looking for something with the protection of the RBK padded shirts, with the addition of some sort of wrist protector, and a little more shoulder protection. I know I could just piece something together to get the same effect, but was just curious if they made something with those sort of options?
